Refund policy

Nightingale Games LLC Refund Policy (in plain English):

1. We offer a refund for all pre-order partial payments minus any non-returnable Shopify transaction fees (3% or 4%) until we ship your order to you. 
2. After any product is shipped, we offer a refund minus certain shipping costs, with exceptions below.
3. If any product is LOST IN TRANSIT, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund upon confirmation of lost product from the carrier.
4. If any product is DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, we will offer you the choice of a replacement, partial replacement, or refund depending on our supply.
5. If any product has MISSING PARTS we will send replacements at no charge if we have any in supply.
6. All claims must be made within a reasonable time frame (90 days) with respect to the original estimated arrival date.
